At Clarte, we are committed to delivering your products in a safe and timely manner. Please read the following details about our shipping and delivery process before placing an order.


1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India and select international destinations. If your location is not serviceable, our team will reach out to you promptly after order placement.


2. Order Processing Time

  • Domestic Orders: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • International Orders: Orders are processed within 3–5 business days.

Please note: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


3. Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities (India): 3–5 business days after dispatch

  • Other Indian Locations: 5–7 business days after dispatch

  • International Deliveries: 7–15 business days after dispatch (may vary based on customs and destination country)


4. Shipping Charges

  • Domestic Shipping (India): Free for all orders.

  • International Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS with the tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real-time.


6. Delays & Delivery Issues

While we strive for timely deliveries, Clarte is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Courier partner delays

  • Customs clearance (for international orders)

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer


7. Address Modifications

Once an order is placed, address changes cannot be guaranteed. Please double-check your shipping information before confirming your purchase.


8. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Unclaimed package

We will contact you to arrange redelivery (additional charges may apply).


9. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or an item is missing, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing [houseofclarte@gmail.com] with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

  • Description of the issue

  • A clear video of the product that was damaged at the time of receiving the product. 

We will assist you with a replacement or refund as per our Return Policy.
