Exchange Conditions

To maintain a seamless exchange process, please adhere to the following requirements:

  • Unpacking Video: A clear, unedited unpacking video is mandatory to initiate any exchange request.

  • Timeframe: Exchange requests must be submitted within 5 days of the delivery date.

  • Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original, brand-new condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Exclusions: We cannot accept exchanges for items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage due to customer mishandling.

  • Processing Fee: A nominal fee of ₹150 is applicable to cover the logistics and re-processing of exchange orders.

Process for Damaged or Defective Goods

If you receive a compromised product, please follow these steps:

  1. Initiate Request: Contact our concierge team at houseofclarte@gmail.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and the mandatory unpacking video clearly showing the damage.

  2. Review Phase: Our quality assurance team will assess your request and provide a resolution within 2 business days.

  3. Replacement: Once the damaged item is received and inspected at our facility, we will immediately process and dispatch your replacement.
